Hello Third Trimester!!

Yesterday was day one of my third trimester! So glad to be here and so ready to not be pregnant anymore! I love that my little angel is growing inside me but I definitely am not one of those women who loves being pregnant!

We had our first baby shower while we were in FL over the holiday's. It was so beautiful! My Mom and NIkki did a great job with the decorations! I will attach a couple photos! It was so nice to get to hang out with the friends that were able to make it and we got a lot of new things to add to the nursery! Our car was so full on the way home between Christmas and the baby shower! I have spent this week putting everything away!

We're just being kind of lazy this weekend! I cut Patrick's hair today and did much better than I have in the past! Fading is not easy!! I am in such a holiday mood (I kind of always am though!) and so I think I am going to put out my Valentine's decorations today! I already started but have a few more things and I've been trying to clear the clutter in the house before I finish decorating but I just don't know where to put everything, we just don't have the space here that we did in the townhouse so I'm struggling with that and going a little insane with things sitting around! I miss having a bar in the kitchen mostly just for decorating purposes!  I'll get it all figured out eventually! Patrick and a friend switched out our washer and dryer yesterday so now I have my own back!! I am so excited! I hated the washer and dryer that was in the house even though it is HE and supposed to be better I just didn't like it and everything smelled rubbery which was yucky! I want to do some baking but need to be careful not to eat too much of what I bake, I gained more weight than I should have in the last month and I want to be careful now so I'm not ridiculously huge by the end of this pregnancy! I really want to get out and walk with Hershey and I need to be getting the excercise but it is just soo cold outside I don't want to go out!! I'll just have to go walk around the mall or target every couple days!

Update time...

How far along? 28 weeks and 1 day! Yay for being in the third trimester!
How big is baby? about 2 lbs and 10 inches long (still according to the similac website, I don't know exactly how big Bailey is at this point)
Weight gain? oh this is the sad part for me this week! I have gained a total of 22 lbs according to my scale at home which I have checked about everyday from the beginning but on the doctors scale this week they said I have gained 27 so I'm going with mine!!
Maternity clothes? nothing new and I'm getting quite tired of wearing the same things over and over again! I am soo ready to have more varity back in my wardrobe! I know I probably won't fit back in my normal clothes right away but maybe at least some of my tops will fit!?
Stretch marks?  no
Sleep? not so much.. I am having bad acid reflux at night and so I am very uncomfortable! The best sleep I get is in the early morning so then of course I don't want to wake up so I have been sleeping in later but I guess since I don't have a schedule right now I might as well enjoy sleep when I can get it since those days are almost over!
Best moment this week? putting the bedding on her crib and opening and putting away all of her new things from the shower!
Movement? definitely a lot of movement!
Food cravings? I've been wanting honey nut cheerios usually about once a day all week!
Gender? Girl!
Labor signs? I've had a few braxton hicks
Belly button in or out? still in! Looking a little different though..
What I miss? getting up and in and out of my car with ease!
What I am looking forward to? painting the nursery so I can start hanging things on the walls!!
Milestones? Passing my glucose test this week with flying colors! Yay!

A couple pics from the shower.....
